DIFFERENCE AMONG CHECKLISTS, TASKS AND MILESTONES
Checklists are the smallest steps and tasks are a bit bigger steps, whereas, milestones are the biggest steps in any project. We do create tasks for each project but do not normally create a checklist or milestones for a short-period project, e.g. any project of 1 or 2 day.
