Once the proposal is sent to our clients, they are notified with an email. The email contains a link to view the proposal and after going through the contents, they may accept the proposal. To accept it, there is an option on the right top of the proposal with a green ACCEPT button, as shown below:
After clicking on ACCEPT button, the user will require to sign the proposal in the signature area, as shown below:

The user can sign it with finger (in case of touch screen) or may use mouse. There is an option to clear the signature area or to undo the step. Once signed correctly, there is an option to submit signatures, i.e. SIGN button. Once submitted, the proposal will be confirmed as accepted.
