How to Start Discussion on Proposal?

If you are not agreed on anything or not clear, you can start discussion via the discussion option available on right side of the proposal (in case of desktop) or bottom of the contents above the company details (in case of mobile or tablets). Below is the screenshot for discussion available on the proposals.
